Mandu With Garlic Chili sauce
Prepare the Mandu by any method you prefer. Then, in a bowl, mix:
Soy sauce - vinegar - sesame oil - minced garlic - chopped scallions - hot pepper flakes - sesame seeds.
Serve this mix as a dipping sauce with Mandu.
Mandu With Ramen Soup
Prepare any type of instant Ramen soup you like.
Then add the Mandu to the boiling broth.
This way you will enjoy the soft Mandu skin and flavorful filling with the delicious Ramen soup flavor.
Mandu Alfredo with Roasted Mushrooms
First, boil or steam your Mandu. Meanwhile, prepare your Alfredo
sauce by mixing heavy cream, milk, parmesan cheese and seasoning
of your choice. Then, season your mushroom and roast it in the oven
until golden brown. Finally add the cooked Mandu to the sauce and mushroom and garnish it with some parsley. And it's ready to serve.

Instructions
Boil the water then add the green onion, cabbage, soy sauce, red chili paste, red pepper powder and sugar.
Mix the ingredients, then add the rice cake, the fish cake and boiled eggs.
Stir well and wait for the broth to thicken. when it's done garnish with some sesame seeds and enjoy!

Chapaguri is a very popular Korean dish, it is made by mixing 2 types of the most popular instant noodles in Korea. They are: CHAPAGETTI + NEOGURI = CHAPAGURI !
Chapagetti is an instant noodles with roasted jajjang sauce (black bean sauce).
Neoguri is a spicy seafood instant noodles.

Kimchi is mainly served as a side dish on the table, but there are several main dishes you can prepare using Kimchi. Let's learn them!
Kimchi Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Kimchi - Cooked Rice - Green onion - Fried Egg - Soy Sauce Roasted seaweed - Sesame oil - Sugar - Hot pepper flakes
First, stir-fry the Kimchi with green onion, soy sauce, sugar and Red Chili paste. Then add cooked rice and mix it well with the other ingredients and add sesame oil.
Finally serve with a fried egg on top and roasted seaweed.
Kimchi Pancake
Ingredients:
Kimchi - Flour - Water - Vegetable oil - Green onion
Prepare the batter by mixing the Kimchi with flour, water and green onion. Then, heat up your pan and add the oil. Spread the batter on the pan and cook on medium heat until the bottom is golden brown. Flip it to cook on the other side and you're done!
Kimchi Stew
Ingredients:
Kimchi - Kimchi juice - Tofu - Onion - Green Onion - Red chili paste - Chicken\Anchovy stock - water
Add Kimchi, Kimchi juice, onion, red chili paste and pour the stock and water. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Add the tofu and green onion on top and cover to cook for another 10 minutes. You can serve it by itself or enjoy it with rice.

Fish cake
Eomuk (Fish Cake) is processed seafood made with pureed fish.
There are various dishes made with eomuk, including Eomuk soup which is hugely popular as street foods in Korea. And Sti-Fried eomuk, which is a staple side dish at Korean homes.
There are also various types and shapes of fish cakes. The thin rectangle shape fish cake is most commonly used for this dish.
Fish Cake Soup
Ingredients:
Black pepper - Anchovy stock - White radish
First, rinse the frozen fish cake with hot water to soften them. Then cut them into strips and stick them through with a wooden skewer.
Then, prepare your soup by adding all its ingredients in a large pot and let it cook for 5 minutes. then add the fish cake skewers and let it cook in the soup for another 5 minutes.
Serve the skewers with the refreshing soup to enjoy it warm.
Stir-Fried Fish Cake
Ingredients:
Minced garlic - Vegetable oil
First, rinse the frozen fish cake with hot water to soften them. Then cut them into bite size and thinly slice your vegetables. Stir fry the fish cake and vegetables over medium high heat for 2 minutes. Then add the sauce mix and mix well until the sauce is absorbed by the fish cake.
For a spicy taste, you can add red chili paste or hot pepper powder to the sauce
